On Sunday, January 25th Hoonko Spceial Service was held at Oregon Buddhist Temple. Our supervising minister, Rev. Tadao Koyama conducted the service. We chanted Shoshinge, and sang Hoonko no Uta. Rev. Koyama's talk to the Dharma School Students reminded them to appreciate our daily lives, and do not take them for granted.
