One of the major happenings at the temple is that Rev. Sugahara is being transferred to Sacramento Betsuin, as the Rinban (Head Priest)! While we are sad and are going to miss him terribly, we are very grateful for everything he has done at Oregon Buddhist Temple, and we are also really happy for him to go share his teachings and knowledge at Sacramento Betsuin. Let us all wish Rev. Sugahara and his family good luck in the new adventures waiting for them!
He will still be sharing Dharma messages at OBT till June. :-)
